liveA quiet list for things with dates.
Make the lists you actually keep, an internship, doctor appointments, the dates you must not miss, and put things in them. An item can carry a date, a time and a note, and most never carry any of it. Anything late rises to the top and is the only thing that gets a colour. The Upcoming view puts every dated item from every list in one run, so you see the week rather than five separate lists. Everything is stored on your device, and syncing to your own account is there if you want it.
What it does
- Adds an item from one field, a title and enter, with the date optional
- Puts the late ones first, then the dated ones by date, then the rest
- Shows every dated item from every list in one Upcoming view, each labelled
- Reads today, tomorrow and late in your local time, never in UTC
- Treats an item with no time as due by the end of its day, not at midnight
- Lets you drag the undated items into the order you want them in
- Folds finished items away instead of deleting them, with when you did them
- Works offline as an installable app, with the data held on your device
- Exports and imports everything as JSON
- Syncs across your devices through your own account, if you turn it on
What it doesn't do
- Has no tags, no priorities and no subtasks, which is the point of it
- Does not send notifications, so it only reminds you when you open it
- Does not repeat anything on a schedule, every date is entered once
- Does not share a list with anyone else, an account is yours alone
- Does not sync until you ask it to, and never asks you to sign up
